Vincent Janssen reportedly turns down the chance to join Brighton from Spurs late on, following news that the Premier League new-boys had applied for an extension to try and sign the striker.

Twitter is ablaze with news that Ross Barkley has rejected Chelesa... mid-medical! However, there is some talk that it's not a rejection, but instead the move has been delayed until January - mainly because the midfielder is injured at the moment.
22:15 - TOTTENHAM EDGING CLOSE TO FERNANDO LLORENTE DEAL
Tottenham look set to complete a £12 million deal for Swansea forward Llorente. The Swans will attempt to re-sign Wilfried Bony on loan as a replacement.

One man thirsty for a deadline day move is Danny Drinkwater. He is reportedly at Cobham having a medical ahead of a Chelsea move.
21:40 - LEMAR ON FIRE
It seems unlikely that Thomas Lemar will leave Monaco tonight, but the winger impressed in France's 4-0 victory over the Netherlands tonight, scoring twice. Could Arsenal or Liverpool try and force through a late move?

We all knew it was happening but it's finally been confirmed and it's our first big move of the day.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain joins Liverpool from Arsenal for a fee reported to be around £35 million that could rise to £5 million.
