The Italian, who is known for his wild celebrations and gesticulations when watching his team, says that he may struggle to keep up his antics when he is older.
“I finish the game and I'm destroyed. I think I lose 2-3 kilos during the game,” Conte told The Telegraph.
“I try to transfer all my passion into my work. I know that in the future it will be very difficult to continue to have this, because to stay on the touchline and have this passion, you must have a lot of strength.
In the future, my strength will be less and then maybe I will try to keep myself calm and more seated.
“If you saw me as a footballer, when I played I always showed a great passion. The will to fight, to overcome difficulty with a run, with heart.
“My talent as a footballer was medium, but I had to work to overcome my limitations. I think I transferred this to my coaching, but with more talent than I had as a player.”
The 47-year-old has now turned his sights to European competition after winning the Premier league in his first season in England.
“I am excited to play in the Champions League but I know we have a lot of road ahead before we can compete to try to win it.

“We are trying to rebuild and it’s not easy. You need a bit of time to create a structure and to build every season and then to go to fight.
“I think now we are in another era, another period for Chelsea. We must have patience.”
