Kylian Mbappe suffered a broken nose during France's opening 1-0 win over Austria, and could reportedly miss his country's next match against the Netherlands. The forward was taken off after coming together with Kevin Danso and whisked away for x-rays. France Football Federation president Philippe Diallo could not confirm if the striker will appear again at Euro 2024.

It is "too soon" to know if Kylian Mbappe will be able to continue at Euro 2024, claims the France Football Federation president Philippe Diallo.
Mbappe suffered a broken nose late on in France's opener against Austria on Monday, coming together with Kevin Danso, before he was substituted and taken for x-rays.
Diallo insists the initial outlook for the striker is positive, but no time frame has been put on his return.
It had been earlier reported that Mbappe could be set to miss his country's next Group D match against the Netherlands on Friday.
Speaking at a press conference, Diallo said: "The first responses were quite positive as there is no surgery planned for the moment.
“Now, it is too soon to know if he will be able to play for the remainder of the tournament, or to provide a schedule for his situation.
“Obviously there were some medical examinations performed on site to know more about Kylian Mbappe’s nose and they made some conclusions pretty quickly.
“They tried to reduce the aftermath of his fracture, for him to be able to remain in the tournament.
“As I said, there is no surgery planned for the moment and we are still waiting for things to evolve later in order to know more about the conditions of his participation in the remainder of the tournament.”
Meanwhile, Didier Deschamps has confirmed that Mbappe will require surgery, but perhaps not immediately.
"Obviously, the impact was strong. The medical team did what was necessary to reduce the maximum damage," explained Deschamps. "After the exams, even if it is not an immediate surgery, you will have to undergo an intervention.
"This morning he was feeling better. We will see how it evolves and we will follow its progress every day."
Mbappe himself posted on social media asking his followers for mask design ideas.
France, among the favourites to clinch the title, play the Netherlands on Friday before their clash with Poland the following Tuesday.
