Real make it 10 home wins out of 10 in La Liga to close the gap to four points at the top - but it was hard work. Benzema grabbed the winner but wasted a couple of late openings while Ronaldo hit the bar. However, Webo forced a save out of Casillas deep into stoppage time which would have really put the cat among the pigeons. Thanks for joining us.

Nsue pokes the ball to Webo but he's squeezed out at the near post with Casillas bundling it behind for a corner. A big moment in the match - and the title race.

The referee awards a goal-kick to Real and there's only a matter of seconds remaining.

There's three minutes of added time and Mallorca have a free-kick for another foul by Diarra.

Alonso is booked for a high kick followed by booting the ball away.

Ozil can't properly pick up a nudge back by Benzema but the ball is deep in the Mallorca half as we enter injury time.

Ronaldo speeds away down the left to win a corner and Real will be hoping those misses by Benzema do not prove costly.

Benzema passes up two clear opportunities to wrap it up. Ronaldo's pass gives him a one-on-one that he loses with Aouate and then di Maria tees him up again but the ball gets caught between his legs and the chance is lost. Wasteful.

Real have dominated possession - 58%-42% and there's little doubt they deserve the three points but it's not over yet.

So Mallorca still have their 11 men and they're capable of mounting a couple more attacks as the clock ticks down.

There's great confusion as it was thought Nunes was cautioned earlier in the game. Apparently not as he's shown a yellow card - as is Diarra, who thoroughly deserves it.

Diarra is guilty of a shocking tackle on Nunes, who goes head-to-head with the Frenchman.

Di Maria chips the ball to the far post and Ronaldo climbs highest to steer a header onto the top of the bar. Very close to a second.

Real look in control but they could still slip up here unless they get a second goal to wrap up the points.

Benzema muscles his way onto a Ronaldo header but his finish is wild with his left foot. The French forward lacked composure there.

Ronaldo arcs a beautiful pass into the path of di Maria but it's cleared at the last moment by Kevin.

Ronaldo hits one of his specials but it fizzes just wide. It was a good attempt but Aouate may have had it covered in any case.

Ronaldo goes flying but the ball goes through to Benzema. No advantage is gained and it's a free-kick to Real just outside the box. Nunes picks up a yellow card.

Nsue is causing problems as he pops up on the left this time but again Ramos is there to head away.
