Trippier is once again in the lineup for Atletico Madrid today after serving a suspension related to betting prior to the Madrid derby. The England international had been a key figure for Atleti until his ban.

Felix didn't take it on! The ball fell nicely to the Portuguese forward inside the area, but he decided to try and dribble it through the box rather than take on the shot himself!

That is an attacking change from Atletico Madrid. Simeone recognises that he needs to go for this. There are three very valuable points on the line for the Liga leaders.

A diagonal pass is played to Trippier down the right wing, but the England international couldn't get there and the ball bounces out of play. There is a lot of space down the right.

Atletico Madrid are showing a lot of patience in possession, but they might have to take more risks when they are on the ball to break down this Getafe defensive unit.

Maksimovic is forward down the left wing, but he couldn't find anyone in the penalty area with his pass. Bordelas will be pleased with how his team have played since the first 15 minutes.

Carrasco tests Soria! A corner kick delivery was partially cleared to the edge of the box, Carrasco met it on the half volley, but he struck his effort into the ground and Soria makes the save!

A win here is a must for Atletico Madrid, otherwise Barcelona and Real Madrid will be given even more encouragement that they can be caught at the top of La Liga.

Cucurella is only just back for the home side after a suspension. The former Barcelona wing back is hugely talented, but has struggled for form and fitness this season. He carries a threat, though.

Jose Bordelas has faced genuine questions over his future as Getafe manager. The 57-year-old has brought great success to the club in recent years, but his influence is waning.

Despite their struggles in La Liga this season, Getafe still have a quality squad. Arambarri, Maksimovic and Hernandez all have the ability to cause Atletico Madrid some problems.
