Hello and welcome to our LIVE text commentary of Hull’s Premier League clash with Everton this Friday night. The situation is already looking perilous for the Tigers, as they sit bottom of the table, four points from safety, having won just once in their last 16 league games. Everton will be buoyed by victory last time out at Leicester, after a devastating last gasp defeat in the Merseyside derby deflated the masses on the blue half of city. Hull were much better against Manchester City on Boxing Day, and will be no pushovers as they desperately look for three valuable points. I’m Pete Hall, and I will be bringing you the action, as it happens, live!

FT: Hull 2-2 Everton. Entertaining match, but fans leaving the KCOM Stadium will be bitterly disappointed with a point, having held the lead twice. Ross Barkley will grab the headlines as it was he who levelled late on, but Hull will feel that this Everton side, who were poor for long periods of the match, were there for the taking. Thanks for joining us. Full report and reaction to follow on site. Goodbye and Happy New Year!
90+3'
Mbokani fires across goal, but that is never troubling Robles. Here come Everton...
90+2'
EIther side could win this. Such an open game. Everton are pressing now, as Davies wins a free-kick on the edge of the box, which comes to nothing.

Four minutes of added time...
89'
CHANCE! What a opportunity to snatch three points. Coleman fires in a cross that meets the head of Calvert-Lewin but he is just off balance and his effort whistles past the post. It was so, so close.
87'
Change for each, as Huddlestone comes on for Hull, replacing Dimande, while Ramiro Funes Mori comes on for Mirallas. Three at the back for Everton now.
85'
Wonderful play from Baines to get into a crossing position, he has time to pick his man, and he does so with pinpoint accuracy, right onto the head of Barkley, who steered the ball home.
84'
GOAL! Hull 2-2 Everton. Barkley heads Everton level. Hosts are pegged back again!
83'
Superb play from Mirallas to skip past his man, Maguire lunches in, brings him down, and earns himself a yellow card.
81'
NO PENALTY! Davies manages to work space for the shot, the ball rebounds off Livermore, onto Dawson, the cries for handball go up, but referee Moss ignores them.
79'
Free kick for Everton as Calvert-Lewin is taken out on the left touchline. Barkley delivers but the Hull defence manage to clear with relative ease. They try to break but Livermore is flagged for offside.

Feel old?

Davies then goes into the book as he brings down Snodgrass with a cynical foul. The very definition of taking one for the team.
75'
CHANCE! Marshall to the rescue as he blocks Barkley's effort from the edge of the box. Again, the England international should really do better.
74'
Dominic Clavert-Lewin comes on in place of Valencia. Koeman putting all his eggs in a young basket.
72'
Great strength from Mbokani to hold of Baines as Clucas seeks him out with a long ball, that eventually sees Hull with the throw-in. The Tigers are looking good for their lead here.
71'
Hull actually look like they might add to their tally. Jake Livermore drills an effort at goal, but Williams is in the way.

Where would they be without him?
68'
A change for Everton in the aftermath as Barry is replaced by Tom Davies.
66'
He was unlucky with a superb earlier free-kick, but after Baines had conceded another free-kick on edge of the box, up stepped Snodgrass again, and this time he found the top corner. Robles got a hand to it, but couldn't keep it out.
