Mad stuff - almost 3-2 Inter from yet another corner for the hosts! The ball falls loose in the middle after Cambiasso's header. Palacio has a close range shot blocked before Ranocchia of all people goes airborne to send a wicked shot at goal, which Agazzi parries!

And what a quick impact! Alvarez turns in a low cross from the right which is put in by Astori! Own goal and Inter are level at 2-2!

Cassano makes way for Ricardo Alvarez.

Milito with a classy placed strike from 20 yards which is deflected behind for Inter's sixth corner of this second half alone. But Gargano fouls his marker as a goalmouth scramble threatens to break loose.

With his back to goal Palacio tries to head a Zanetti cross into Milito's path but it's cleared away.

Cassano is relegated to having a go from 30 yards, firing well off-target.

But the cross from Dessena is deflected out of danger and Inter hold on to the ball.

Ibarbo keeps the counter-attacking methods going for the visitors, holding up extremely well when Inter get numbers back in time.

And Cagliari make their final switch straight afterward with Victor Ibarbo on for Sau.

Inter's first change sees Philippe Coutinho come on for Juan Jesus.
