Internazionale president Massimo Moratti has declared his interest in Carlos Tevez and insisted that Wesley Sneijder will not be sold, with the impending sale of Samuel Eto'o raising the funds needed to bid for the Manchester City striker.

Tevez wants to move to a Latin country, but City's £40 million asking price and his high wages have proven a stumbling block.
But with Eto’o on the brink of being sold to Russian side FC Anzhi Makhachkala for around £30 million, Tevez could now be an option, although Moratti admitted there was a back-up plan with Atletico Madrid's Diego Forlan and Napoli's Ezequiel Lavezzi being monitored.
"The names that have been mentioned are correct," Moratti said. "We have been following Tevez, Lavezzi and Forlan.
"It will be difficult to sort an agreement for the City striker but the others we are considering. We'll see."
Inter made a loss of around £40m last season, and need to raise cash if they are to further add to a squad that finished a distant second to Milan in Serie A last season.
Netherlands playmaker Sneijder has been linked with Manchester United since the retirement of Paul Scholes, and to a lesser extent Manchester City.
But Moratti insisted that he was never available for transfer anyway, despite the player’s claims otherwise.
"There was never any sort of deal for Wes," he said.
"Seeing as Sneijder was untouchable even before the Eto'o deal, now he is even more untouchable.
"Sneijder is going nowhere."
Cameroon star Eto’o, meanwhile, admitted the money on offer in Russia - believed to be in excess of £300,000 a week - was too much to turn down.
"I couldn’t say no to this," the former Barcelona striker said. "It was too good an opportunity to refuse."
