Cagliari surprise winners then, and they just about deserved it for a decent second half performance.

Roma get a couple of freekicks. Tott's second is another low skimmer towards the far corner. The keeper can only parry, and De Rossi is there to knock it in for what is the last kick of the game.

Roma 0-2 Cagliari - GOAL! El Kabir breaks down the right hand side and advances into Roma's box. There's no one to close him down and he unleashes a low shot into Stekelenburg's far corner.

Agostini plays a woeful ball out for Roma throw. Totti isn't happy as he's muscled off the ball, but the ref refuses to whistle.

Cossu with a good curling effort for Cagliari. It looks like the keeper gets a touch, but the ref says goalkick.

Totti is again taken out, this time much closer to goal, about 25 yards out. It's layed off for Roma's captain, but he slices his effort and it goes well wide.

Nene picks up a yellow for getting shirty with Totti. The freekick is played over the top, it's headed across goal by Heinze and Borini with his first touch puts it into the net, but it's ruled out for offside.
