Manchester United hope to beat Chelsea and Bayern Munich to signing Napoli striker Victor Osimhen, while Inter Milan goalkeeper Andre Onana is wanted at Stamford Bridge this summer. Elsewhere, AC Milan hope to sign Arsenal forward Reiss Nelson on a free transfer, as do Brighton, and Romeo Beckham has the choice of staying at Brentford in the Premier League next season.

Manchester United face battle for Osimhen

The Sun reports that Victor Osimhen is keen on the Premier League, and Chelsea and Manchester United lead the way.
However, there is interest from abroad, and if he leaves Napoli, he could be replaced by Roma’s Tammy Abraham.
The paper writes: “Victor Osimhen is set for a move to the Premier League this summer.
“And Napoli have reportedly lined up a replacement in ex-Chelsea star Tammy Abraham.
“Chelsea are known to be interested as they hunt for a new striker under incoming boss Mauricio Pochettino.
“Manchester United would also like to bring Osimhen to the Premier League.
“The ace has other suitors in Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain."

Chelsea line up goalkeeper swap

Chelsea are interested in swapping one of Kepa Arrizabalaga or Edouard Mendy for Andre Onana, the Inter Milan goalkeeper.
The Mirror reports that a potential swap deal could take place, and talks will happen at the same time as the two clubs negotiate Romelu Lukaku’s future.
The paper writes:”Chelsea will speak to Italian giants Inter over the possibility of a goalkeeper swap deal while discussing the future of Romelu Lukaku.
“The situation of Lukaku is a fluid one as the player prefers to stay in Serie A, but Inter do not currently have the financial position to commitment to a long-term arrangement. Chelsea will meet with the Serie A club in a bid to resolve his future ahead of his anticipated summer return to the Blues.
“Lukaku was a popular figure with Inter before he was lured back to Stamford Bridge for a second spell in the summer of 2021 in a blockbuster £97.5 million move. But after struggling to live up to expectations, the 29-year-old was shipped back out to the Serie A outfit on loan before the start of the 2022/23 campaign.
“Chelsea are prioritising a move for goalkeeper Andre Onana, and are willing to offer Inter the choice of either Kepa Arrizabalaga or Edouard Mendy in exchange. This suggests that the west London club would happily offload both goalkeepers this summer as they aim to land Onana.”

Nelson set to leave Arsenal

The Daily Mail believes that Reiss Nelson could be on his way out of Arsenal this summer.
The attacking player is out of contract in the summer, and AC Milan are lurking as they look to strengthen the squad and bring a younger player in.
That same motivation could see Brighton make an offer for the player to keep him in the Premier League.
“The club are thought to be keen on extending his stay at the Emirates, and although an extension has been offered, doubts remain over his future,” the report suggests.
“And Italian giants AC Milan are now thought to be in the frame to snatch the 23-year-old and take him to Serie A.
“Brighton are also thought to be interested in taking the 23-year-old to the South Coast.”

Beckham Jr. wanted by Brentford

Romeo Beckham is currently on loan at Brentford’s B team, and the club want him back next year.
The 20-year-old will have the choice of moving back to the MLS side or remaining for at least a year long with the Premier League set-up, with The Telegraph summing up the situation.
The paper states: “Brentford want Romeo Beckham to stay in their ‘B’ team next season. Beckham Jr, son of former England captain David Beckham, is on loan from Inter Miami’s reserves until the end of the campaign.
“But he could have the choice of staying with Brentford’s feeder team – on a year’s deal with an option – or return to America. The midfielder scored the winning goal against Wealdstone during his time at Brentford.”
