UEFA Nations League glory went to Spain following victory over Croatia in a tight encounter at De Kuip in Rotterdam. There was little between the two sides and they needed 30 additional minutes and penalties to find a result. Unai Simon proved to be the hero for Spain as he saved before Dani Carvajal converted the winner. His second save paved the way for Carvajal's penalty to clinch victory.
