Ducati Lenovo rider and current MotoGP world champion Francesco Bagnaia is aiming to land his third title this year, and after securing the quickest time at testing in Sepang, the Italian declared himself to be "very happy" with his current bike setup. Testing now moves on to Qatar, the last opportunity for the teams to make any changes to help their drivers.

Francesco Bagnaia is not getting ahead of himself despite being “very happy” with his Ducati Lenovo bike at the Sepang test.
The 27-year-old Italian is aiming to become a three-time champion this year in MotoGP, and after three days of testing in Malaysia he finished up as the fastest on track.
He was one of four riders to break the 1:56.00 threshold, and he was content with his efforts so far.
He told MotoGP.com: “It was a really good lap time. It arrived in the first time attack and it was great. I’m happy with the lap time but it is just a test.
“The condition today was incredible. I’m very happy for the work we did and we finished the schedule of all the things to try and the new bike is working very well.
“I’m very happy with the braking because I think it is a big step compared to 2023 but we still have some margin with power delivery and power on the straight.
“We will keep working like this and try to make another step in Qatar.”
Testing moves on to Qatar on Monday, the last testing opportunity ahead of the new season.
Bagnaia added that the team would have to focus on power delivery with the time available to them.
He continued: “The work left to do will be very important and we have to be focused on power delivery.
“We did a step in front but in Qatar it will be important to improve because I think it is the same as last year but we need more.”
