Robertson moves up to seven in the provisional world rankings after becoming the first Australian to ever win a ranking tournament thanks to his 9-5 victory over Jamie Cope in the final.
"Hopefully this is the start of many tournament wins for me," said the 24-year-old.
"I just want to win, play in these big arenas and in front of big crowds. It's been the best week of my life."
Elsewhere in the rankings, Cope enjoyed a massive jump of 12 places as he moved to a career high of 14th in the world after making it past the last 16 of a ranking event for the first time.
Alan McManus' strong performance in Aberdeen has seen him re-establish himself as a force on the world scene, with his run to the semi-finals seeing him back up at 36 in the world having previously slipped to 52nd.
Ken Doherty remains top of the rankings, 1100 points ahead of second-place John Higgins.
