Stuart Bingham concedes defeat to Marco Fu in Welsh Open qualifying despite still having chance of comeback

There was a surprising moment at the Welsh Open qualifiers on Friday when Stuart Bingham conceded the match to Marco Fu despite still being in with a chance of victory. The Englishman, 3-1 down in the best-of-seven contest, missed a shot on the red while 59-0 down and proceeded to knock the ball away before packing up his cue. Fu therefore won 4-1 to proceed to the next round.
