Sayfutdinov beat Slovenian Matej Zagar to win the final of the second race of the 2013 season.
That puts him sixth in the standings, which are led by Polish legend Tomasz Gollob, who finished third in his hometown. Sayfutdinov also lives in Bydgoszcz.
Briton Tai Woffinden impressed with fourth spot as he reached his first final - and stands fourth in the standings.
“Of course it’s good to be back in first place," said Sayfutdinov. "I think I need to keep this form and it will be good for me.
"I had problems after 2009, but now I’m back. I’m feeling good and I want to keep it like this – being a Grand Prix winner and getting good points. Maybe there will be a chance for the championship?
“Maybe there has been a bit of pressure since 2009. But I haven’t changed anything for this year. I’m just ready."
Woffinden reflected: “It was good. I had good speed. It was a good night overall.
"I’m just building on that. I’m doing everything I can. My engines are good, I’m training hard, I’m eating properly and it looks like it’s paying off.
"But it’s a long season and anything can happen with speedway, so I’ll just keep working hard.”
The next meeting in the 12-round season is in Gothenburg, Sweden on May 4.
