Bartosz Zmarzlik insists he is not concerned about his pursuit of a record-breaking 24th Speedway Grand Prix win. The Pole has not won any of the opening four rounds of the 2024 Speedway Grand Prix season and is only one win away from breaking the record. It was a fierce battle between Fredrik Lindgren and Zmarzlik for second in the final in Prague which the Swede came out on top.

‘Back to top form!’ - Vaculik makes it a hat-trick of wins in Prague

Four-time Speedway GP world champion Bartosz Zmarzlik says he is not concerned about producing a record-breaking 24th SGP win.
Zmarzlik extended his Speedway Grand Prix World Championship lead by two points after finishing third in Prague last weekend.
The Pole is currently tied on 23 SGP victories with Jason Crump and is yet to finish in top spot this season.
He finished round one in Donji Kraljevec in fourth, second in rounds two and three at Warsaw and Landshut respectively, before coming third in Prague.
Nevertheless, Zmarzlik has 66 points overall in the championship standings. Australia's Jack Holder is in second on 54 while Great Britain's Robert Lambert is in third on 53.
Zmarzlik insists he is more focused on enjoying himself on the bike rather than concerning himself with breaking records.
“I am not really looking at this," he said.
"I am really happy with what I have done, and I just love racing on the bike. I just want to enjoy the racing. This is the most important thing for me.
“Of course I am trying to win at every round. I can make mistakes, but I was in the final again in Prague and that’s my minimum plan done.
“I am really happy because Prague can be very good or very bad for me. I was very happy to be in the final again.”
Sweden's Fredrik Lindgren passed Zmarzlik for second in the final in Prague.
Zmarzlik concedes he was simply slower than him on the night.
He added: “For two laps, I felt slow, and Freddie was quicker than I was on the track. Big congrats to the other guys on the podium. I think it was a really nice night for everyone.”
