Paris 2024 Olympic Games: Coco Gauff, Taylor Fritz, Jessica Pegula and Danielle Collins all named in USA tennis squad

A star-studded lineup from the US will head to Paris 2024 for this summer's Olympic Games. World No. 2 Coco Gauff and US men's No.1 Taylor Fritz are the standout inclusions in a stacked squad of talent heading to the French capital for the tournament, which will be held at Roland-Garros. The women will be coached by Kathy Rinaldi, while Bob Bryan takes charge of the men.

Coco Gauff and Taylor Fritz have been named in the Team USA ranks for the Olympic Games tennis competition at Paris 2024.

The country’s top-ranked men’s and women’s players have both been included in a squad comprising 11 players for the tournament, which takes place at Roland-Garros between July 27 and August 4.

There are four singles players from both the men’s and women’s draws, while there are also two men’s doubles and two women’s doubles teams, as well as one mixed doubles pair.

Gauff will be joined by Jessica Pegula, Danielle Collins and Emma Navarro in the women’s singles, and Collins will also compete in the women’s doubles with Desirae Krawczyk.

Fritz is joined in the men's draw by Tommy Paul, Chris Eubanks, Marcos Giron, Rajeev Ram and Austin Krajicek.

The men's singles team will include Fritz, Paul, Eubanks and Giron, while their doubles pairings consist of Ram with Krajicek and Fritz with Paul.

The mixed doubles team will be taken from qualified players, and will be announced at a later date.

There are varying levels of Olympic experience in this US team, with Ram taking part in his third consecutive Games after winning mixed doubles silver at Rio 2016.

It is a second Olympics for Pegula, Paul, Giron and Krajicek, while Gauff, Collins, Navarro, Krawczyk, Fritz and Eubanks are all in line for their debuts at Paris 2024.

The men’s team will be coached by 2012 Olympic doubles gold medalist Bob Bryan, while the women will be led by the USTA’s head of women's tennis Kathy Rinaldi.
