The siblings will bid for their fifth doubles title at the All England Club after shaking off a slow start to see off fellow Americans Huber and Raymond, taking seven straight games in the second set before a volleyed Venus winner claimed their first match point for the win.
Czech duo Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka await in the final after they defeated Italians Flavia Pennetta and Francesca Schiavone 2-6 6-3 6-4 later in the day.
Serena looks to make it five and five with victory both in the doubles final as well as the singles, where the former four-time winner meets Agnieszka Radwanska.
Meanwhile, Jonathan Marray became the first British player to reach the Wimbledon men's doubles final in over half a century as he and partner Frederik Nielsen defeated champions Mike and Bob Bryan 6-4 7-6 6-7 7-6.
31-year-old Marray is the first since Bobby Wilson and Mike Davies, who reached the final in 1960, and he and Neilsen will face Robert Lindstedt and Horia Tecau in the final after they saw off Jurgen Melzer and Philipp Petzschner 6-4 6-7 6-4 6-3.
The Bryan twins, winners at Wimbledon in 2006 and 2011, were frustrated after being moved to Hawk-Eye-free Court 12, voicing their displeasure at several umpiring decisions.
