A sight many fans of British tennis have long craved could become a reality, after Andy Murray confirmed he and brother Jamie had been talking up the prospect of playing together in the men's doubles at Wimbledon. Andy can now turn his attention to the grass season after he and Dan Evans were knocked out of the men's doubles at the French Open on Friday.

Fans chant 'let's go Andy' as Murray exits for potentially last time after doubles loss

Andy Murray has raised the prospect of playing doubles at Wimbledon with his brother Jamie.
While Andy has made his name in singles, winning three Grand Slams, two Olympic Games golds and been world No. 1, his brother Jamie has been one of the finest players in doubles for the past decade - with two major titles on his CV.
They have played doubles together in Davis Cup, and could now add a major championship to that list after Andy confirmed they have been talking things over.
"My brother doesn't have a partner for Wimbledon currently," Andy said. "We have spoken a little bit about it.
"So may do that, but not 100% sure yet.
"We will make a decision ahead of time. Obviously Jamie, he could also get a good partner, as well.
"We'll see what happens, but yeah, we'll probably decide in the next few days."

Andy Murray will now turn his focus to the grass after he and Dan Evans were beaten in the first round of the men’s doubles at the French Open.
Murray feels that defeat to Thiago Seyboth Wild and Sebastian Baez could scupper their chances of securing a slot in the Paris Olympics this summer.
"Me and Dan obviously were hoping to have a good run here," Murray said. "It wasn't to be. So don't know if we'll get the opportunity [to play doubles at the Olympics].
